Can I watch on an Apple Mac? The Microsoft DRM system we use will only work on Mac systems that have WMP (Windows Media Player) Version 9 installed and are running under Mac OS 9 or under OS X in Classic Mode. Unfortunately other Mac based media players such as Flip4Mac are not compatible. |

Our streaming service is operates with Variable Bit Rate (VBR) Technology at dual bit rates of 401kbps and 143kbps. Only users with our suggested minimum broadband speed of 512kbps will be able to watch at the higher bit rate. The viewing bit rate is set automatically based on your connection speed and if you are unable to view at 401kbps without buffering then you should automatically be switched to the lower 143kbps stream or the most suitable speed for your connection. If the VBR stream does not automatically provide you with a constant stream then please use the Constant Bit Rate (CBR) link option provided instead, which will connect you directly to the 143kbps stream.
